Our Tech Support
Here we pay tribute to our extended family, the two women without which our shows would never have got off the ground, our techies.
Our tech support for all of the Liverpool Fringe shows was amazing. Sharon Lee first teched for the Courtyard Players back in 2016 for our very first free preview show of Jumping the Barriers at Christ Church in Crosby. Since then Sharon has helped out at both our Liverpool Fringe Festival runs. She had been doing full days at her normal job and then zooming straight to the Jacaranda one year and Frederik's the next in order to tech all our shows. With many unexpected alterations and adaptations thrown her way at the nth hour, she was cool, calm and collected even when the actors do bits out of order. Thank you again Sharon.

Lauren Bell became our fifth musketeer and accompanyed us to Scotland for our Edinburgh Fringe run of shows in 2019. Having first met Chris Daley and Josephine Sherlock back in 2015 when performing The Return of Neverland", Lauren has been a constant pillar of support to all of The Courtyard Players. The epitome of working hard and playing harder, Lauren is professional, hardworking and more importantly great fun to have around.

Too often technical support is overlooked but without these two, let's face it we'd be quiet and in the dark. We couldn't have done of this without the pair of them and hope to work with them in again the future
